Sally Beauty is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to deliver a memorable shopping experience across hair, cosmetics, skincare, and nails. You will draw on product knowledge training to advise customers and guide them through their beauty journey, with Sally Beauty providing training and support.

The role emphasizes relationship building, merchandising, promotions, and enrolling customers in the loyalty program, with flexible scheduling to fit diverse needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to apply knowledge from product training to support customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
