Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
• Strong sales and client service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
• Drive performance through client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
• Coach for growth by providing ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance
• Train and develop staff in service excellence, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives
