Job summary

Jones Road Beauty is seeking a Sales Supervisor to help lead the Dallas store in daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The role serves as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring adherence to visual standards and company policies.

The ideal candidate has makeup artistry experience, strong customer service, and the ability to supervise and motivate the team on the sales floor while maintaining store standards and loss

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail management position/experience in beauty or fashion (or related field).
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Strong observation skills – identifying and assessing customer and employee behavior, reactions, and floor awareness.
• Ability to retain and utilize data, i.e. names, product, information, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assumes Manager’s role in supervising staff in absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Strives for sales excellence and results.
• Works with customers and models excellent customer service and clientelling skills.
• Maximizes sales through strong floor supervision.
• Leads by example on the sales floor, modeling best-in-class selling behaviors to elevate team performance.
• Creates a positive and cooperative team culture in store.
• Assists and maintaining the company’s assets, i.e. key control, loss prevention measures, inventory paperwork and company standards of conduct per the employee handbook.
