Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail management experience in beauty or fashion.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Strong observation skills – identify and assess customer and employee behavior, floor awareness.
• Ability to retain and utilize data (names, product, information, policies).
