Makeup artistry experience is required. The role focuses on sales leadership, clientelling, floor supervision, merchandising, and adherence to policy, with responsibility as Manager-on-Duty in the Store Manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail management experience in beauty or fashion.
• Makeup artistry experience is required.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and clientelling abilities.
• Ability to retain and utilize data, policies and product information.

Responsibilities

• Assists and leads staff in the absence of Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Maximizes sales through floor supervision and clientelling.
• Maintains store standards, visuals and promotional directives.
• Assists with inventory paperwork, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Fosters a positive team culture and conducts store meetings.
