Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in leading a team in retail or customer-facing role.
• Experience in retail management, hospitality, or customer-facing role at managerial level.
• Proven ability to generate weekly reporting, scheduling and payroll tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sell and educate in-store to hit and exceed sales goals.
• Ensure a seamless client experience across all touchpoints.
• Collect feedback and insights daily and share with leadership.
• Collect KPIs related to store performance.
• Drive store events in collaboration with Marketing.
• Oversee store services and makeup appointment scheduling.
• Mentor and train MUAs in new product knowledge and artistry.
• Build a high-performing team and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Manage schedules, budgets, timesheets, and payroll.
• Monitor performance and provide consistent feedback.
• Resolve conflicts between employees and customers.
• Uphold company policies.
