Job summary

Jones Road Beauty is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Austin store in daily operations, sales generation and providing an exceptional shopping experience to customers. The role shares accountability with the Store Manager and acts as Manager-on-Duty when needed.

You will supervise staff, train associates on product knowledge and customer service, manage payroll, loss prevention, merchandising and store standards, and ensure consistent brand presentation in line with company

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail management experience in beauty or fashion or related field.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong verbal and communication skills.
• Strong observation skills for customer and employee behavior and floor awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assumes Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Lead, supervise and coach staff to deliver sales excellence and customer service.
• Manage payroll costs and compliance with store policies."
