Ulta Beauty is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and top-line sales growth. You will direct daily operations, nurture talent, and ensure adherence to standards, budgets, and brand initiatives across beauty, salon, and services.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to react under pressure and adapt to change.

Responsabilités

• Lead store to meet or exceed sales, service, and expense targets.
• Attract, hire, and develop a diverse store team.
• Enforce policies, scheduling, inventory, loss prevention and safety standards.
• Coach via training and feedback; drive brand initiatives and guest engagement.
