Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a General Manager to lead a single store, including the salon, and drive top-line sales growth. You will manage a team of managers, oversee personnel development, scheduling, and budget control, while upholding company standards and guest experience.

The role requires 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management, strong leadership, and the ability to execute brand and category education to drive performance. Flexibility for a full-time schedule including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5+ years of fast-paced retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Office, devices).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong collaboration and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store to meet or exceed sales, service, payroll, and shrink goals.
• Manage payroll budgets, expenses, and scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Hire, develop, coach, and engage a diverse store team with succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and SOPs.
• Drive guest engagement and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
