Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Strong financial management and operating metrics experience.
• Proven leadership in attracting, developing and motivating teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and leveraging programs and resources.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver guest experience and sales targets.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
• Maintain attendance and enforce Ulta Beauty policies and standards.
