Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Experience driving top-line sales and managing payroll budgets.
• Leadership experience building and motivating teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and developing strategies using company programs and resources.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience and drive brand collaborations.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on insights to improve performance.
• Lead the team through coaching, training, and performance reviews to enable development and growth.
