Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers. You will drive top-line sales growth across categories and ensure exceptional guest experiences by training staff, managing operations, and implementing in-store events.

You will oversee performance metrics, payroll planning, and brand partnerships while maintaining accurate procedures and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or related work experience.
• Strong financial management: driving top-line sales and controlling payroll and expenses.
• Leadership experience: attracting, developing and motivating a team while adapting to change.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed store goals in sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and leveraging programs and resources.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver a premium guest experience and drive sales.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to boost guest service and sales.
• Ensure training and development through ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
