Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Financial management: driving topline sales, interpreting reports, managing payroll budgets.
• Retail management: inventory, operations, service culture, merchandising directives.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across retail, service, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Identify underperforming metrics and develop strategies leveraging company programs and resources.
• Schedule optimization to maximize productivity and meet payroll budgets.
• Plan and execute in-store events to drive guest experience and sales.
• Review financial and operational reports and act on findings.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest service.
