The Sales Manager will oversee in-store events, partner collaboration, and payroll planning while maintaining adherence to all policies.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of retail management or similar leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of sales staff and specialists to drive top-line sales across categories.
• Ensure guest experience excellence and adherence to Ulta Beauty standards.
• Plan and execute in-store events and partner collaborations to boost sales and guest engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics (NPS, sales, payroll) and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide coaching, development plans and performance feedback to direct reports.
