Ulta Beauty, Inc. seeks a Merchandise Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and coach a team of associates.

You will manage the shipment process, replenishment, omni-channel tasks, price changes, and markdowns while ensuring compliance and guest satisfaction. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll analyze performance data, schedule effectively, and implement improvements that boost profitability and inventory health.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–2+ years in fast-paced retail management or related work.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, and inventory controls.

• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost controls.
