The MM will guide a team of Task Associates, manage shipment, replenishment, markdowns, and compliance while maintaining stellar guest service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1–2+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: analyze reporting data, manage payroll budgets, and control expenses.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate top talent.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Leverage forecasts and budgets to optimize schedules and productivity within payroll constraints.
• Review and act on store financial and operational reporting, audits, and performance metrics.
• Lead guest engagement initiatives and staff development to drive sales and service quality.
