Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of fast-paced, retail management or related work experience.
• Strong ability to manage payroll budgets, sales tracking and inventory control.
• Proven leadership in building and developing a diverse, high-performing team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Lead scheduling, staffing and workload planning to meet budgeted goals.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and standards.
• Provide coaching and development to associates to enable performance and growth.
