Job summary

The OM will supervise Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager, focusing on staffing, training, and performance to deliver strong results across all Annual Performance Goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of fast paced retail management or related leadership experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, payroll budgeting and expense control.
• Retail management: inventory, merchandising directives, and service culture.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line growth.
• Analyze financial and operational data from store reports and audits.
• Lead, coach, and develop the store team to deliver KPI targets.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and attendance using company tools.
• Ensure store policies, dress code, and SOPs are followed.
• Oversee inventory life cycle, planograms, and product availability.
