Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience.
• Proven ability to drive top-line sales, manage payroll budgets, and control expenses.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals in retail, service, payroll, and shrink metrics.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales.
• Review and react to store financial and operational reporting.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Lead and develop a diverse, capable team with coaching and feedback.
