Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high-performing store team, drive top-line sales, and oversee inventory life-cycle processes. The OM will manage a staff of Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager, ensuring exceptional guest service, disciplinary and training programs, and adherence to standards.

The role emphasizes accountability, operational excellence, and talent development to achieve performance goals and a cohesive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management or relevant work experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets, control expenses.
• Retail management: monitor inventory, achieve operational excellence, drive a service culture, execute merchandising directives.
• Leadership: attract, develop and motivate top talent, adapt to change, lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Plan schedules using payroll budgets; coordinate with GM on workload and planograms.
• Review financial and operational reports and respond to store visits and audits.
• Lead training, coach staff, and develop succession plans for continuous growth.
• Ensure compliance with policies, dress code, and store standards.
• Manage inventory control, assets, loss prevention, and process improvements.
