Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent retail management experience.
• 2–3+ years in fast-paced retail management with P&L accountability.
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to achieve sales and inventory goals with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Hire, develop, and motivate a high-performing team aligned with brand values.
• Manage scheduling, payroll budgeting, and productivity to optimize labor costs.
• Oversee planograms, merchandising, inventory lifecycle, and shrink control.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to staff.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements and training.
• Ensure guest experience excellence through product knowledge and service standards.
