Qualifications

• Strong leadership and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line growth.
• Oversee scheduling and payroll budgets to maximize productivity and workload efficiency.
• Lead product demonstrations and guest service to drive sales and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and inventory processes.
