Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, ensuring merchandise is stocked, store cleanliness is maintained, and tasks are completed efficiently. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with performance metrics, team support, and adherence to procedures.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow established processes, and a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboard and processes (shipment, replenishment, inventory).
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
