Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experiences by keeping fixtures stocked, maintaining cleanliness, and completing assigned tasks. You will assist the Merchandise Manager (MM) and Operations Manager (OM) through a focus on performance, people, and process.

This role requires attention to detail and adherence to procedures. Work includes early morning shifts, days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnight hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store's retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and products are available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboards and ensure timely completion of operational processes.
• Maintain prompt attendance and uphold store standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing guest service.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures using Ulta Beauty's processes.
