Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations by keeping merchandise shelves stocked, maintaining a clean environment, and completing shipment and replenishment tasks. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet retail goals and ensure a premier guest experience.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to adhere to procedures, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices) and able to learn and use store systems.

Responsibilities

• Keep fixtures stocked with merchandise and maintain store cleanliness.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventories, and shipment processing.
• Support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to achieve store metrics and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with store policies and dress code; protect company assets and provide excellent guest service.
