Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to deliver operational excellence in support of sales, maintain stocked fixtures, and keep the store clean. You will support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through attention to detail and adherence to procedures.

The role requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on guest experience and store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Keep fixtures stocked with merchandise and maintain store cleanliness.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays and inventory procedures.
• Process shipments and replenishment using Ulta Beauty technology and practices.
• Drive store performance and comply with policies while serving guests.
• Maintain attendance and support store operations and colleagues.
