• 2-3+ years of fast‑paced retail management or relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top‑line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets and controlling expenses.
• Retail management: monitor inventory, drive service culture and merchandising directives.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate talent, adapt to change, build collaborative relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni‑channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Leverage forecasts and payroll budgets to optimize schedules and workload.
• Review and react to financial and operational reporting regularly.
• Lead training and development to enable continuous performance improvement.
