Qualifications

• Financial management: payroll budgets and expense control

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals across sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line growth.
• Schedule optimization using forecast and payroll budgets.
• Review financial and operational reporting and act on findings.
• Lead makeup/skincare demos to drive guest engagement and sales.
