You will work closely with the Merchandise Manager to align planning and execution, deliver guest-focused experiences, and maintain attendance and performance standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or relevant work experience.
• Experience driving top-line sales, payroll budgets, and expense control.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals related to sales, loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Lead scheduling, planograms, and inventory processes to maximize productivity and accuracy.
• Provide makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Develop and coach team members, and ensure ongoing training and performance reviews.
