Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and retail leadership experience
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or relevant work experience
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, payroll budgets, and expense control
• Retail management: monitoring inventory, achieving operational excellence, driving service culture, merchandising directives
• Leadership: attracting, developing, motivating talent, adapting to change, leading and influencing a team

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control
• Review, analyze and react to financial and operational reporting, store visits and audits
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service
• Be knowledgeable of Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards and ensure compliance
