Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role collaborates with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet performance metrics, ensure proper replenishment, and process shipments using Ulta Beauty’s standards.

Flexibility is required for early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on accuracy, teamwork, and loss-prevention best

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals with proper product availability.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboards and operations.
• Maintain attendance and store standards including cleanliness and replenishment.
• Protect assets and provide exceptional guest service.
• Follow policies, procedures, and dress code.
