Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will keep the salesfloor stocked, maintain cleanliness, and follow procedures to ensure consistent performance and compliance.

The role involves assisting the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, performing merchandise resets, inventory procedures, and keeping testers available. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Deliver on operational excellence to support sales drivers and guest experience.
• Mkeep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks.
• Follow procedures and meet compliance standards; support Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager.
• Execute merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
• Keep work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain overall store standards across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom and break area.
• Protect company assets through loss prevention practices and excellent guest service.
