Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate in Minnesota to support store operations and guest experience. You will stock fixtures, maintain cleanliness, and perform assigned duties as part of the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager team.

The role focuses on performance metrics, people, and processes, requiring attention to detail and adherence to procedures. A flexible schedule includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and complete operational processes such as shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable development and drive sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards and adhere to dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, inventory procedures, and shipments using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Keep work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and providing guest service.
