Job summary

Ulta Beauty in the United States is seeking a Task Associate to support daily in-store operations and guest experience. The role focuses on keeping merchandise fixtures stocked, maintaining cleanliness, and completing assigned tasks to help meet store goals.

As a team member, you’ll assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with performance metrics and procedures, while supporting an inclusive environment and guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence to support sales and guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks.
• Support MM and OM on performance, people, and process.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures.
• Drive replenishment and ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store standards across sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
