Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets, and control expenses.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate top talent, lead and influence a team.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, MS Office, Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed store goals related to sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Lead staffing with forecasting to maximize productivity and align with budgets.
• Model operational excellence and coach associates to deliver a great guest experience.
