Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Merchandise Manager (MM) to lead store operations, drive sales, and optimize inventory while coaching a team through performance improvements. This role reports to the Operations Manager and requires overseeing shipments, replenishment, omni-channel tasks, price changes, and markdown execution.

The MM will coach, train, and develop associates, maintain attendance discipline, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and relevant retail experience.
• Experience in managing schedules, payroll, and inventory is expected.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales and loyalty.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line growth.
• Analyze financial and operational data and report findings timely.
• Lead and coach a diverse team to achieve APGs and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
