Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or related experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and cost control.
• Use forecasts and payroll data to optimize scheduling within budget.
• Analyze store performance reports and act on findings.
• Lead makeup, skincare demos, and guest engagement to boost sales.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards and maintain attendance.
