Job summary

Tricoci Salon & Spa is seeking a Retail Inventory Coordinator to manage day-to-day retail and inventory operations across salons and spa locations in Schaumburg, IL. You will uphold the replenishment system, place orders, track stock, run audits, and ensure stock areas stay organized and aligned with budget targets.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, conduct monthly stock counts, and communicate shortages weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving track record.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day retail and inventory operations within salon and spa to meet client service standards and sales goals.
• Maintain integrity of replenishment system; place orders, manage stock, merchandising, and stock movement.
• Complete salon-to-salon transfers and required paperwork in a timely manner.
