Job summary

Ladies & Gentlemen Salon and Spa is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to maintain accurate stock records, organize supplies, and support team members with inventory needs. You willperform audits, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper receipt, recording, and storage of orders.

Responsibilities include conducting counts, reconciling records, and maintaining clean storage areas, while collaborating with departments and facilitators for events and promotions.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and data entry accuracy are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail for auditing and reconciliation tasks.
• Effective written and verbal communication with team members and managers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store incoming orders and supplies.
• Track invoices and forms, and assist with expense workflows.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile with records.
• Maintain clean, organized storage areas and optimize storage systems.
• Assist promotions, events, and product launches with inventory support.
• Support other departments with inventory needs and campus-wide tasks.
