Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5+ years of fast-paced, retail management experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, payroll budgets, and expense control.
• Retail management: inventory, operations, service culture, and merchandising directives.
• Leadership management: attracting, developing, motivating talent, and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Use store forecasts and payroll budgets to optimize scheduling and productivity.
• Address issues identified in financial and operational reporting, audits, and store visits to achieve goals.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and development plans to managers and associates for performance improvement.
• Ensure ongoing training in brand and category education to drive sales performance and align with Ulta Beauty’s standards.
