Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5+ years of fast-paced retail management or related work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team aligned with Ulta Beauty’s mission, vision and values.
• Drive store performance through sales, guest service, and expense control.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and staffing to maximize productivity.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards.
• Coach and develop managers and associates for continuous improvement.
