Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed store goals.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Leverage forecast and payroll budgets to support scheduling and productivity.
• Address issues from financial reporting and audits to achieve goals.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and products to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and enforce attendance policy.
