Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Portland, OR to lead daily operations and develop a high-performing team. This role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and collaborating with the Store Manager to execute the brand vision.

You will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring standards, and maintaining a welcoming store environment while upholding integrity and staff development. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred.
• A Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role.
