Job summary
SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oreal USA, is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Medford, OR. You will help lead a high-performing team, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales while maintaining store standards.
The role offers full-time hours, strong benefits, and opportunities for growth within the SalonCentric and L'Oreal USA family. A cosmetology license is a plus, but not required, and SAP experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- Retail leadership experience (1–2 years).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- POS experience; SAP preferred.
- Able to work weekends and be 18+ with HS diploma/GED.
- Lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk during shifts.
- Cosmetology license is a plus, not required.
