Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Danvers, MA to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer service in a beauty-focused environment.

You will help recruit and develop staff, set a clear direction with the store manager, and drive sales through effective leadership and business insight. This role requires weekend availability and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience (1–2 years) in a store setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent customer service.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS system; SAP experience preferred.
