SalonCentric, A Subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is seeking a full-time Retail Assistant Store Manager in Portland, ME. The role supports the Store Manager in building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer service, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training in hair and beauty products.

You will help drive sales, manage weekend shifts, and ensure the team has the knowledge and tools for success, including POS experience with SAP.

Formación

• 1–2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work weekends and lift up to 20 lbs.
