Danessa Myricks Beauty is seeking an Account Executive to drive in-store sales, lead a team of Account Coordinators and Education Specialists, and partner with corporate sales to influence territory results.

You will plan events, train staff, and manage staffing across designated stores, with travel as required. Strong leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills are essential to succeed in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent retail/sales experience.
• Proven leadership of remote field teams across multiple states.
• Experience with Sephora or cosmetic retailers is preferred.
• Track record of planning and overseeing successful in-store events.
• Strong product knowledge, presentation and training abilities.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and work cross-functionally to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targeted sales goals for designated stores.
• Coordinate and schedule in-store training and events as directed by leadership.
• Act as primary brand contact for designated stores.
• Develop store visit cycles and optimize territory coverage.
• Educate and develop staff on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Plan and execute in-store events to drive sales and support marketing.
