Qualifications

• Beauty & CPG experience in enterprise and challenger brands.
• Able to navigate multi-category roles and brand teams.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive Tech-Enabled Sourcing using AI tools and automation.
• Build geography- and category-specific talent pools for surges.
• Partner consultatively with hiring managers and MSPs.
• Cover diverse functions across creative, enterprise, and operations.
• Advise and influence with high EQ and market insights.
• Drive MSP engagement and account management with data-driven reports.
• Develop scalable, actionable recruitment solutions.
• Stay curious on trends and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
