Job summary

Market America is seeking an experienced Beauty Product Administrator to move beauty and Layered products through launches, updates, and ongoing support. The role tracks label and artwork requests, maintains product information, manages the Motives inbox, and coordinates Whatnot activities and Layered inventory.

The administrator keeps deadlines visible and ensures items progress toward completion. Working across teams, you will coordinate with product leads, reviewers, and vendors to ensure

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree welcome.
• 1–3 years administrative/product coordination/merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, follow-through, written communication, and attention to detail across multiple deadlines.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with shared trackers and business systems.
• Ability to work across teams and escalate when information is incomplete.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate samples, shipping, vendor follow-up and internal requests; track deliverables and confirm receipt.
• Open, update, and track label and packaging artwork requests in JIRA with details, files, owners, due dates and approvals.
• Route revisions to reviewers, follow up on approvals, maintain version history and hand off files for implementation.
• Flag missing information or overdue tasks to the product lead.
• Enter or coordinate entry of new products and updates in PIM, including descriptions, images and attributes.
