Annie International, Inc. is seeking a creative Product Development Manager to drive new beauty and personal care products from market research through launch.

This individual-contributor role focuses on owning projects, coordinating with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver innovative, commercially viable products. The ideal candidate has strong beauty-market awareness, hands-on development and project-management experience, and fluency in English and Korean.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years in beauty/personal care product development.
• Experience with domestic or international manufacturers and suppliers.
• Prior beauty/personal-care product development preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead development from concept to launch for beauty/personal care products.
• Research trends, consumer needs, packaging innovations.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers on specs, costs, timelines.
• Manage timelines, costs, and launch readiness.
• Support additional product development initiatives.
• Analyze post-launch performance for improvements.
